Return Policy

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns if goods were dispatched in good conditions.
  • We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

Refund, Replacement & Exchange

  • At your request we will either issue a refund or replace or exchange your product. However, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping if product is being replaced or exchanged.
  • A full refund will be issued if a defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer's fault.
  • To qualify for a return, replacement, exchange or refund, you must have placed an order via our website and customers must provide clear proof of the defect, such as photos or videos.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
